Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. They together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy set the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us.


  1. Pricing

    The prices of shown on our website are exclusive of delivery charge.

    ราคาสินค้าทุกรายการในเว็ปไซต์เป็นราคาที่ไม่รวมค่าส่งนะคะ.


  1. Payment

    We do not accept payment by cash or cheque. 

    There are 2 options for making payment are
    การจ่ายเงินมีสองทางเลือกนะคะ คือ

    - Make payment using our online gateway. We only accept Mastercard or Visa (‘Credit Card’) Switch, Maestro or Delta debit card.
    (Recommended as you will get the order confirmation straight away)
    ทำจ่ายออนไลน์ผ่านระบบโอนเงินอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งท่านจะได้รับการแจ้งยืนยันการสั่งของทันที


    - Or by bank transfer to Raan Nuch’s Bank account, you will receive the details once you make order.
           หรือทำการโอนเงินจากแบงค์ของท่านมาที่บัญชีของร้าน โดยท่านจะได้รับรายละเอียดบัญชีหลังจากที่ท่าทำออเดอร์แล้วเลือกการจ่ายเงินวิธีนี้นะคะ

    For this option, We wont be able to hold the stock or send the goods out until the payment is confirm.
    สำหรับูกค้าที่เลือกจ่ายเงินวิธีโอน ทางร้านจะไม่สามารถเก็บสต๊อคของที่ท่านสั่งมาไว้ให้ หรือส่งของออกให้จนกว่าท่านจะทำการโอนเงินมาเท่านั้นนะคะ


3. Our stock and Delivery 


We are specialist in fresh produce direct from Thailand. Fresh stock import direct from Thailand once a week arrives on Monday. Our aim is to ensure that all customers get the goods they ordered fast and fresh.

        การนำเข้าผัก ผลไม้ของสดส่งตรงจากไทย เราจะมีสินค้าใหม่ ๆ เข้ามาสัปดาห์ละครั้งเท่านั้นนะคะ ของจะมาทุกวันจันทร์ และทางร้านจะเร่งส่งออเดอร์ออกให้ลูกค้าเพื่อที่จะให้ท่านได้รับสินค้าที่รวดเร็วและสดเสมอ.

        Orders are processed within 1-2 working days upon receipt of the order subject to having received payment.

       หลังจากรับออเดอร์ที่ยืนยันการจ่ายเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วนั้น ทางร้านจะแพ็คของส่งให้ภายใน 1 -2 วันนะคะ

    Minimum order is £30

    สั่งของขั้นต่ำ £30

     Each week, our last day for sending out the orders is Friday (cut off time is around 3.50 PM) . Any orders which are made after that will not be dispatched until the next working day (Monday)

     If you wish you received your order by Saturday, Please make sure to make order before cut off time.

    วันศุกร์คือวันสุดท้ายที่ทางร้านจะส่งของออกให้ลูกค้าในแต่ละสัปดาห์ (เสาร์ และอาทิตย์ ไม่มีการส่งของออกนะคะ)

    Product availability are subjected to change without notice.
    หากมีกรณีที่ท่านสั่งสินค้ามาแล้วสินค้าทางร้านหมด หรือขาดสต๊อค ทางร้านจะติดต่อเพื่อแจ้งให้ท่านทราบก่อนทำการส่งของออกให้ เพื่อสอบถามว่าท่านจะมีความประสงค์จะเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไขการสั่งสินค้านั้น ๆ 

4. Complaints Procedure

    Not just quality products that we sell but at all times try to provide you with the best service.

    If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or telephone of the problem within 2 working days of the delivery                        

    of the goods in question. And we will make sure to take care of any inconvenience caused.


    Any returns or exchanges can only be accepted if they are authorised by us. 
    We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or exchange due to any reasonable and or unethical reason.


    We are using reliable carrier to handle delivery for us but its the customer responsibility to make sure there is someone in to receive the goods. In the case of failed to delivery because of no one in  to received the good or wrong address given. Raan Nuch will not take responsibility for any damaged that caused.
